    The executive branch of the military is a small self-named committee of the Army. There are three people in this committee, who travel together in the rugged terrain of Madagascar. To feel important, they dub each of their decisions “executive decisions”. None of their decisions have any affect on anything, but because they make “executive decisions”, they are, in fact, the executive branch.
