I guess being ranked #46 on Maxim’s Hot 100 list gets you an invite to their special party that they throw for hot women each year because here’s Amanda Bynes at said party. I also guess being ranked #46 in the world is a good thing, but when you consider some of the people ahead of her, I think I might not have attended if I were Miss Bynes.

I am talking about people like this, and this, and especially this. No way they are hotter than Mandy.

On a side note, check out the posh decor in the background of some of her pictures. Where was the party held? At a factory?

Also note on the closeup shots how sparkly her skin is… I think that’s natural.
