Wow, that was some finish to our 2008 Sexiest Woman in the World contest. We had to take it into OT to settle it, baby! Sorry… In the end, SuperMILF Kate Beckinsale takes our top honors with Marisa Miller garnering runner-up duties. Even after the contest was sent into overtime these two ladies swapped the lead a couple of times until Beckinsale dropped the final hammer for the victory. Kate is just one of those rare beauties that even when she is photographed out on the street in sweats and a tanktop she still looks ridiculous.

Now that it’s over, I must say that there really were no losers here. In fact, we, the readers, were the real winners because all 64 of these babes were smokin’ on one level or another. To celebrate Queen Kate’s reign let’s have a look at some of what brought home the bacon…
