My good buddy over Puck Daddy(Yahoos Hockey Blog) has given us the tragic news that the “Octopus Lawsuit” is already over…

Unfortunately for us, and fortunately for the integrity of the U.S. justice system, the suit has been tossed from a Michigan court faster than a speeding cephalopod to the Joe Louis Arena ice.

Dammit….

And I was hoping I was going to get called in as a star witness for the defense.
