Anytime an Isaac dies, we all get upset around here. There aren’t many of us out there….
And I don’t know what South Park plans on doing with the Chef character but I can tell you that the show won’t be the same.
RIP CHEF

“…and I don’t know what South Park plans on doing with the Chef character but I can tell you that the show won’t be the same.”
The character was killed off in the beginning of the tenth season (March 13, 2006), following controversy with Hayes, who left the show after the Scientology episode, “Trapped in the Closet.”
The show has done fine for almost 2 seasons without Chef. Watch the show much?

When people are killed on South Park, they never come back to the show

Sarcasm fail.
Normally, yes they can come back, but Chef hasn’t up to this point, and chances are he won’t. If you’re dead, can’t come back to do the voice overs.
If you die in real life, you die in real life.

can’t say for sure, but the point I was making is that you said the show “won’t be the same” as if Isaac Hayes’ death caused Chef’s character to cease- when in fact, his character hasn’t been on the show in 2 seasons.

If you’re trying to say I misspoke, so be it…
I would think that had Isaac Hayes not died, that Chef eventually would have come back

I don’t think you misspoke, or I would have said so.
You made it seem like you watch the show all the time, and the show will NOW never be the same since Isaac died. You obviously aren’t that up to date on who is or is not on the show these days. I just called you on it.

Issac was a icon in the music industry and he was a great spokesperson for the city of Memphis.
As a fellow Memphian I was proud to call him one of my homeboys.
I’ll miss the bad muthafucka.
Nice tribute.
