As we embark on the Fall Tv Season(by the way, here’s the schedule), Guyism takes a look back at some of the most annoying characters in sitcom history
12. Kimmy Gibbler-Full House
I have a rule when it comes to chicks on tv shows. You either have to be a damn good actress or you better be damn hot.
Otherwise, you turn into a “Kimmy Gibbler”
11. Skippy-Family Ties
Let’s go through the checklist here.
Idiot…check
Annoyingly in love with a chick from the show…check
Worst mullet in tv history…check
10. Cousin Larry-Perfect Strangers
Don’t get me wrong…Balki was a douche too. But he was from Meepos, some fake country where people humped sheep and stuff.
Larry was a pure bred American so he should have known better than to dance like this
It made them curiously similar to Bert and Ernie.
9. Screech Powers-Saved by the Bell
The stereotypical geek that every show after tried to mimic. He was the worst sidekick any character could ever have.
Yea, and then he tried to make his own porn video. Awful
8. Old Rudy Huxtable-The Cosby Show
Remember when Rudy was young and was cute. Yea, somewhere in the late 80s, The Cosby Show tried to turn her into a real women.
Big mistake. But the funny part about it was that they basically just replaced her character with Olivia…
7. The 2nd Vivian Banks-The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Don’t pretend like you don’t know what I’m talking about. The first Vivian was cool, worked well with the show. The second was one a beeyotch and she ruined my life as as kid as I tried to figure out if they killed the other Vivian without me knowing.
6. Mark-Home Improvement
Similar to Rudy Huxtable, when Mark was younger, he was ok to deal with. But as he got older, they turned him into some goth freak that tried to establish himself as real character. Failed miserably
5. Uncle Joey-Full House
You could accept Uncle Jesse because at the very least he brought on a super hot chick in Lori Loughlin. But Uncle Joey was sorta like the relative that everybody felt uncomfortable swimming around because he got a boner. And to make matters worse, the whole “Cut it out” thing was the worst line ever…
4. Miss Garrett-Facts of Life
The clip says it all. She seemed like a nice lady but the voice was so overboard…
3. Steve Urkel-Family Matters
I’m not sure what was worse about Urkel. The stupid clothes he wore or that 2nd personality he had called “Stefan”.
I lean towards the latter…
2. Wayne Arnold-Wonder years
Without a shadow of a doubt the worst older brother you could ever have. However, the drive away while kevin was trying to get in the car might be one of the funniest clips out there. Come on, you probably tried it…
1. Roseanne Connor-Roseanne
My mom always told me never to hit a lady. That’s why I have no reservations about punching Roseanne in the eye if I ever get a chance.

This article made me laugh happy. That is the one and only sign of a great post.
I love vintage vids, and I watched everyone of these shows. Did I watch Facts of life?… I am sorry but yes. We did not have cable OK.

Great List!!!! Mark from Home Improvement was a great find! Thats the whole reason I stopped watching the show. Roseanne also hit the nail on the head… one of the few main characters that just brought down everyone around them.

Excellent article, although I was surprised there was only two characters from Full House. You could have filled the list with Full House and Roseanne. And maybe the always pissed-off mom from Malcolm in the Middle.
