3 minutes after Rudi Johnson signed with the Lions, I got an excited text from my resident Lions slappy friend.

“Did you hear Rudi signed with the Lions”

You could literally see him getting wood through my phone about what Rudi could bring to the team.

And while I admit Rudi is a definite upgrade over Rookie Kevin Smith, in the end, it won’t matter.

The Lions have one of the worst offensive lines in football. To make matters worse, they drafted a right tackle thinking he would start right away.

But after Monday’s practice, it seems that the Lions will start….

wait for it….

George Freakin Foster….

If I remember correctly, Foster was one of the most penalized linemen in the league last year.

In fact, in a 9 game stretch, Foster committed 9 false start penalties

I didn’t even know that was possible.

Has anybody sucked at their job more than that?

I mean, isn’t that the same as me printing out my TPS report, taking it to the toilet, smearing it with my peanut butter crap and giving it to my boss?

Yea, that’s about right…..

Rudi, you’ll be lucky to sniff 1000 yards in Detroit. If I were you, I’d fake an injury now and just collect a check til the end of the year.
