Now that Tony Mandarich has finally admitted steroid use, we can all go about living our lives.
Cause God knows nobody even had a hint of doubt that Mandarich was using.
An excerpt from the interview….
Mandarich: There’s other factors that were involved that nobody knows about that were way more of an effect on why I had the huge downfall in Green Bay than steroids (such as) drug and alcohol abuse…I was injecting a drug called staydal…and it was euphoric. I went from doing one injection on that one day, and a week later I was doing between 5-7 shots-a-day for the next three years.

File this upcoming book on the New York Times “Who Gives a Crap” list. I’m sick of these celebrities and their ghostwritten autobiographies giving us an “inside” look into this supposed counterculture world of sports and steroid use. Haven’t we established that almost every single football/baseball player has used performance enhancers at one time or another?
This is about as exciting and newsworthy as a book written by a college student who admits to cheating on a take-home test.
