Rebecca Donaldson is definitely the #1 seed, but she was also the mother of much younger children. She was also married to John Stamos on the show, so I am not sure how that would effect the rankings. I have definitely noticed that TV moms have become increasingly hotter as time goes on, so I can’t wait for next decade. =)
