I could be wrong, but I think Nixon was Eisenhower’s VP and Bush was Reagan’s VP. Oh . . . wait . . . I’m not wrong. That last anonymous is just bad at reading comprehension (you see, Nixon was Eisenhoer’s VP, and therefore on the Eisenhower “ticket,” and Bush was Reagan’s VP and therefore on the Reagan “ticket”).
