My friend PG claims that not everything I write needs to be the “Best or the Worst” thing ever….and he’s probably right.
But I can say unequivocally that this is the WORST fine I’ve ever seen in the NFL.
The explanation from the referee that he “tackled the quarterback with full-body weight” is literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
Do you want him to only tackle with half his body-weight? How is that even determined?
Justin, we feel that you tackled Brooks with about 200lbs of your body weight and therefore you deserve a $7500 fine.
What has the NFL become? This isn’t football, this is backyard B.S.

I think he deserved it because of the other missed calls. The call where Roy Williams had to catch the ball with one hand because the other one was being held. Or the several ones where Jason Witten was being bumped beyond 5 yards. I have to be honest though I am biased towards the Cowboys.

He deserved it because of other missed calls? Get the f*ck outta here with that BS. I don’t care if you missed calls, that was a solid hit. It’s not his fault that quarterback has the body build of an 11th grader.
