With news that the Nittany Lion mascot was arrested for a dui, we thought we’d go ahead and look at some of our favorite mascots and see which ones we’d love to see drunk…
The Gaylord Camel

If you think camels pee a lot normally, wait until you get a few brews in them.
The Cornell Big Red Mascot

Not only would this guy be a ton of fun but you’d piss off Andy Bernard so much
Sparty

Trust me, he’s been wanting to show people what’s underneath that skirt for a long time
The Providence College Friar

Come on, how many times in your life will you see a drunk monk? A priest maybe, but a friar?
Nebraska Lil Red

I’ve always wanted to know what it’d be like to see Big Boy get drunk. Its always been a childhood fantasy of mine.
John Harvard

I’m down with drinking with any mascot they gave a full name too. I wonder how John Harvard likes those apples?
The Austin Peay Governor

How can you deny guys in top hats getting drunk? Especially when they represent politicians.
Western Kentucky Hilltopper

I don’t really have a good reason for this one other than wanting to see a big blob of fur get drunk. By the way, is he a relative of Snuffleupagus?
The Dayton Flyer

Hey, he’s already got his beer goggles on so he’s ready to go.
Wake Forest Demon Deacon

Doesn’t this mascot look one of the old guys from the muppets?

Enough of this nonsense, I have a question for you, a Lions fan, from me, a Georgia Bulldog fan.
Numerous mock NFL drafts have the Lions finishing last (sorry), and picking first. What are your thoughts on those mock drafts’ having the Lions pick Matthew Stafford, UGA’s QB?
Seems like the Lions have good weapons on offense and just need a QB and a defense to get to the next level.
Do you want them drafting a QB, an OL, some stud defensive players?
Really interested to see your opinions on this.

its hard for me to talk seriously about the Lions because they’ve been such a joke for so long…
they don’t need a qb in the first round…they need about 5/6 defensive players that can play for them next year….I mean, capable defensive players…two linebackers and a VERY good rush end would be a good start
They need two solid OL at the very least as well…

The Lions shouldn’t take a QB first overall. They need to go with either Andre Smith or Michael Oher. However, if they choose to go QB and he declares, the pick should be Sam Bradford.

there’s no reason to even be talking about the NFL draft before we know the intentions of arguably the four best players in college football. it’s premature and pointless. i guess you can talk about what the lion’s need the most, but at this point, before we know who the players are and the order everyone else is going to draft, but you may as well throw darts at a wall if you’re going to name names

oh, but I do agree that if everyone declares and the first pick is a qb, that qb should be bradford

You guys must see too many Oklahoma games in Detroit, and not enough Georgia games.
Stafford will be an NFL stud. Bradford will not.

We’ll see when UGA plays MSU in the Capital One Bowl in sunny Orlando. I imagine MSU/Detroit fans will be clammoring for him then.
