Cop punches teen girl in face four times

Some girl who was riding a bike on the sidewalk got stopped by a police officer. When she refuses to comply, hilarious incompetence ensues.

As reported by NBC News, Sheila Stevenson, 42, has filed a civil suit alleging police used excessive force, after then-Millville Police Officer Carlo Drogo stopped her one year ago on February 3 2008.

The newly released video shows Drogo attempting to use pepper spray on Stevenson while she is still on the bike, but instead spraying himself in the face.

As Stevenson struggles, a reeling Drogo knocks her off the bike and onto the ground.

Two more cops then arrive and haul Stevenson to the curb, one of them seemingly applying the full force of his upper arm onto her neck and head.

The same cop then thrusts his knee into her back twice, with full force, whilst attempting to handcuff her.

“I am not doing nothing,” Stevenson screams.

Put your hands behind your back, one of the other officers orders.

“Can you not do this? Im not doing nothing! Im not doing nothing,” she wails.

Drogo, clearly in great discomfort from using his own pepper spray on himself, then approaches Stevenson after the other officers have restrained her and aggressively punches her in the face and head four times.

“Why are you hitting me? Youre hitting me! Why are you hitting me?” Stevenson cries out. “Why did you hit me and Im handcuffed?”

Man this cop is hilarious. First he’s arresting a girl for a frivolous activity like riding her bike on the sidewalk, then he sprays himself in the face with pepper spray, then he punches her only after she’s handcuff (and does no damage since she continues to whine completely fine while he does it). This is the most incompetent example of police brutality since I played the Rodney King beating in reverse (he was fine at the end).

Let this be a lesson to urban youths though…saying “I didn’t do nothing” is a double negative, which implies that you actually did do something. If she spoke more eloquently or, at least, more grammatically correct, the officer would have probably been like, “Pardon me ma’am, but please do not ride your bicycle on the sidewalk” and then they would have had tea. It’s a known fact that police really respond to great grammar, especially if you correct theirs. Try it the next time you’re pulled over and make sure to reach for your black pocket grammar book really fast and wildly while doing it. They’ll definitely appreciate your efforts!
