On the first day of training, he made everyone in the room say "Ed Hightower is the best superintendent in the world." I have never met or heard a person so arrogant--it's embarrassingly ridiculous. He controls this whole town because people are afraid of him--he has reported anger issues and is a Machiavellian dictator.
