that seems to be a portuguese magazine and the expression, like the mate above just said, is kinda hard to translate to english. but i can tell ya it refers to intensity.
nothing to do with skin flower or something like that.

“a flor da pele” just means “skin deep”. it’s not hard to translate at all, even for pretentious brazilians. they just chose it because the model’s name is “Flor”…
