That perp can run! That fatball off a police officer shouldn't have kicked him in the face though. Imagine how pissed you would be if someone kicked you in the eye with a patent leather shoe. I didn't see the high five, but it looked like one guy tried to make the dog bite him after he was already detained. (lots of pent up anger from their wives cheating on them I guess) But I do think police should be able to use a good bit of force. Especially when confronted with dangerous suspects.
