With fantasy football fast approaching, the time for drafts is here. And while most of us set aside a whole night for these affairs, others just aren’t as willing.
I’ve sat in drafts that have taken as little as 1 hour and as long as 4 hours. Can’t say I appreciated the latter either.

It should take as long as it needs to.
It should not last 5 hours, but it should take longer than 1.

Max 2 hrs. Of course it all depends on how many players per team and how many teams per league, but once you pass the 1 hour mark, the only players left to draft are soon to be dropped and replaced players. So I say between 1 and 2 hours is ideal.

1 hour? Impossible.
If you do it right and have everyone drinking, it should last at least 2 (maybe 3) hours. An auction draft should not last less than 4 hours.
It's fucking Christmas Day for guys…why would you want it to end quickly?
