Michigan State has 2 consensus national championships in 1952 & 1965. Michigan State has 6 total football national championships as voted on by other services: 1951, 1952, 1955, 1957, 1965 and 1966.
Notre Dame is credited with 13 national championships. The years were 1924, 1929, 1930, 1938, 1943, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1953, 1966, 1973, 1977, and 1988.
It's been a while for both programs.

I'll give you some more reasons to hate Notre Dame.
1. MSU was snubbed by Michigan and MSU begged ND to play them, we did and helped improve your damn program. Your allz growed up now.
2. MSU has 2 National Titles, but ok be hypocrite about "psuedo national titles." By the Alabama accounting methods, MSU has 6, ND has 21.
3. ND gave you one of your "psuedo" titles in 66. Our pity = your hollow claim to fame.
4. And finally, hate Notre Dame because one of the few claims to greatness you've had in the last couple of decades is that you can beat Notre Dame,…..wait no you didn't.
Really dude, hate MSU and OSU all you want but get the retared John L. Smith vibe out of you.

I still love it how they are automatically given a BCS Bowl if they are ranked in the top 8 of the BCS standings. What kind of bull shit is that?
Screw Notre Dame. Must be nice being the only college with a network TV contract. They are in bed with the BCS, coaches and the AP. Notre Dame and their fans make me want to vomit. Can't wait to see SC destroy them on the 17th! GO TROJANS!!!
