Since you seemed to really enjoy the post I did a couple of weeks ago on Belen Francese and her sister Maria I figured I’d go in search of some more Belen and/or Maria and of course, there was no way that babes like that had only done one photo shoot so I came across this spread of Belen at what appears to be some medical station of some sort. My guess is some old geezer saw her in this getup and dropped dead from too much stress on his heart. That, or the folks at Paparazzi Online just made it up to look that way. One of those things.
