You don't hit people when they say words. Words cause emotional trauma, yes, that is not to say it is okay to break the law by striking the offender. It is against the law to hit someone, no matter what they just said to you. You don't hit unless they do, for then you are defending yourself. If it had been the Chinese woman who hit first, then the ensuing physical altercation would have been her fault, no matter what was said beforehand. Words don't excuse violence. Ever.
Too many children today are taught by well-meaning but incorrectly informed grown-ups that you can simply get physical with someone who says something dirty or offensive. That actually incorrect. All that matters is to the district attorneys, to judges, and to cops is one, single thing: who thre the first punch?
Who said what to who first doesn't even get filed.

Wow, stupid nig nig pick on a old chinese woman. "put yo hands on me" ended up getting the black beat off her dirty nig face. Hell, I saw another clearer version on YouTube, the lady with darker skin (A) hit the Chinese lady (B) first. I misunderstood! I now understand why the Chinese lady hit A.

Would it be all a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of what B heard from A at the very beginning? If this is so, B should not say "fuck you" because this would trigger the emotion of any one even of calm temper, to hit back. Whether or not B should say "fuck you", A should never hit B, as I said before, this is similar to a killer killing someone who insults him.

Although I am a Chinese female, as far as I saw on the video, both women were responding wrongly. The lady with darker skin (I just named her lady A for ease) was impolite to the Chinese lady (I would name her lady B for ease). But no matter how rude lady A was to lady B, lady B should not hit lady A. Otherwise, it would be similar to a killer killing someone who insults him! I understand well lady B wanted a revenge but we are all civilized persons, not animals!

In fact, the posting of this video revealing the face of lady with darker skin is already a penalty, I am sure some people with same origin as her would disagree with her impoliteness.

How come! People of both origins are of minority in USA and they are opposing to each other? If they find themselves living unhappily and want to release their pressure, they should be going to the white who I am sure have lowered the salary, positions available thus living conditions to these minority groups. Sigh~ You guys should unite together, not fight against each other!
