Chris Johnson is either a very confident man or Roger Goodell should really ramp up the drug testing in his league…

“We really believe like we can … like we started off 10-0 last year … before we played Jacksonville, we sat down and was like we really feel like we can go 10-0 in these last ten games,” Johnson said during an interview on The Monty Show. “We’re still going to practice everyday and going to work each day. We got to go. We still want to make the playoffs and we know it’s going to be a very, very tough thing to do, but that’s what records are for — they’re meant to be broken. I don’t think a team that ever started out 0-6 ever went to the playoffs or anything like that. We’re trying to do something nobody has ever done.”

Just to give you an idea of how the Titans have been playing this year, let’s just look at their three games prior to last week’s win against Jacksonville.

59-0 (L) NE     31-9 (L) Indy     37-17 (L) Jax

Folks, they were outscored 127-26 in those games.  To make matters worse, they still have to travel to Indianapolis to play the Colts….. Not to mention playing Houston and San Diego.

So, all in all, the chances of Chris Johnson’s prediction coming through is ZERO.  In fact, if for some odd reason the Titans pull off this “Music City” miracle, I will denounce my Lions fanship and buy a Vince Young jersey….You have my word.  I’ll even post a picture of it here.
