Plastic surgeons have a bit of a God complex, but never has it been so present as in this one case from England. A British plastic surgeon took his new wife (whom he married for her “potential”) then cut her up left and right for five years, with her approval, to make her into his ideal woman. Yeah.

Reza Vossough hated 33-year-old Cany’s body, but they tied the knot anyway after he spotted her “potential,” The Sun reported.

Vossough then performed eight operations to change his bride’s chest, thighs, eyes and face. Vossough spent five years pumping 1,600 grams of silicone into her body, boosting her size A chest to a fuller F cup.

He also enhanced her lips, lifted her eyelids and de-creased her forehead. The former waitress also had nip-and-tuck ops to her behind, tummy and thighs and countless Botox injections.

Only after $29,736 of cosmetic surgery did Vossough, 48, fall in love with his wife.

And his wife is thrilled with the transformation. “When your husband is a plastic surgeon, then the scalpel is your friend,” Cany told The Sun.

The woman makes a living as a professional model, so she must be somewhat happy (what woman wouldn’t be thrilled with getting to stay still and be given money). But this is pretty messed up. I mean, I don’t have a vagina (other than the one in a glass jar above my desk that I keep for good luck) so maybe I can’t be a spokesperson for feminism here, but this just seems terrible. Especially when you consider that she kind of looks like a tranny now. That’s the problem with plastic surgery…you get a little done, maybe it’s all good. A little more, still okay. Then too much and all of a sudden you look like you should be in a leopard print dress with your large back sticking out as you’re exchanging inappropriate kisses with a gentleman of confused sexuality. All of the shame of hooking up with a tranny and none of the perks.
