Politically correct and annoyingly feminist b.s., it's clear Cosby lost control of the show then. Pam only came in because some Blacks ( don't bother to write in and call me a racist - I am Black ) thought that Cosby's characters were not realistic - maybe so, I have people in my extended family who are much like the Huxtables. It would have been more realistic to intro a character like Pam from the start.
