Every time I see Ciara she is wearing some outfit that makes her look sexy as hell. More women could learn a thing or two from her about how to dress (ahem, Jessica Alba, ahem). Really the only thing messing up this outfit even a little bit is the fact that there is a bra in the picture. Other than that, pure bangin’…
