Emma Watson quitting school to make more money
Just like pretty much every other normal college coed Emma Watson has had to put getting her education on hold (and scandalizing an otherwise proper Ivy League school) in order to better make millions and millions of dollars.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is being released on the world this July so Emma says she needs more time to finish up her duties there before resuming her studies and making every person at Brown ask, “Why are you here again?”
“I love Brown and I love studying pretty much more than anything but recently I’ve had so much to juggle that being a student AND fulfilling my other commitments has become a little impossible,” Watson wrote.
“I’ve decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on ‘Harry Potter’ (the last one comes out this summer) and to focus on my other professional and acting projects. I will still be working toward my degree…it’s just going to take me a semester or two longer than I thought,” the British actress added.
It was also noted that Watson turns 21 years-old next month. Because that’s really what’s important in this whole story. Or something.
Hopefully during her break from schooling she will also be too busy to find time to visit the salon and her hair will grow back out. Just sayin’.
