Football season never ends in the SEC, and that was never more evident this week. Kendall Jenner made a trip to the Southeast on Tuesday as part of a college campus tour as she markets her 818 Tequila brand.

It sparked an online debate revolving around one of the league’s top rivalries, with her tour potentially solidifying the pecking order in the conference landscape.

Jenner is making the rounds this February in hopes of pushing her alcohol brand to universities around the country. 818 Tequila launched in 2021, with the Calabasas area code contributing to that company title.

After selling out in her first year on the market, Jenner continues to build her brand through both social media and a variety of in-person appearances.

Those appearances continued this week after she teased the idea of a cross-country trip on her Instagram account. That tour was set in motion Tuesday morning.

Her marketing venture began in Alabama as she took on downtown Tuscaloosa. She entered T-Town in the best possible way, blasting Lynyrd Skynyrd from the interstate, and the party was just beginning.

Grabbing a spot behind the bar at both Innis Free Isish Pub and Houndstooth Sports Bar, the reality television star was spotted serving students shots and margs mixed with her 818 Tequila.

Heck, Kendall even threw a few back herself.

Her presence in Alabama quickly went viral on social media as bar-goers posted photos alongside the model despite it being a school night!

Those Alabama supporters seemed to enjoy the honor of being first on Jenner’s list of campus tours, and they’d revel even more when they found out who was next up.

The hated Georgia Bulldogs.

Crimson Tide fans took it as another opportunity to get under their rival’s skin.

“Very cool, as Kendall Jenner showed up in Tuscaloosa today to pour shots of her tequila today. Word is, she’ll be in Athens later tonight. Just like on the football field, it’s Bama first, Georgia second!”

UGA was, in fact, her next stop – documented to her 294 million followers through her Instagram story later Tuesday afternoon.

The party didn’t stop, and neither did the online ribbing!

The rivalry runs deep between these SEC foes, and it’s been HEATED over the last few seasons. Former Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart has the Bulldogs on top of college football, posting a 42-2 record over the last three years.

Of course, the Crimson Tide are responsible for both defeats, robbing Georgia of a pair of SEC Championships. UGA landed the most important of their three most recent meetings, which came in the 2021 national title game, but it’s Bama who finds itself on a current winning streak in the series.

And according to fans, that streak continued off the field this week. It never ends!
