Hilary Duff ruins an upskirt, makes up for it with cleavage

Hilary Duff was at some event called Blessings in a Backpack at something called MuchMusic in Toronto (she’s huge there now that she’s a full-time hockey WAG) the other day and sat down for a little talking about something. The camera guy was spot on with his best efforts to capture an upskirt moment, but sly fox Hilary denied him at every turn leaving us to only ponder what was under there as we instead fixate on her top-notch cleavage. You win some, you lose some I always say… Actually, no I don’t… moving on!
