Hot or Not? Jessica Stroup

While I think that Jessica Stroup is about about sexy as they come from the neck up, I am not sure what I think of her semi-emaciated body. Boobs good? Sure, but what would they be like if she actually ate a couple of meals a day? Anyway, I am curious what you, faithful reader, thinks of Jessica Stroup. Is she hot? Or not?
