Hot or Not? Katy Perry

Katy Perry attended the Brit Awards this week and she looked kinda cute, but I’m still not sold on her. Her rack is top-notch, no doubt, and she has the ability to look really cute, but there’s something not clicking in my ~~pants~~ head when I look at her. Therefore I put it to you to help me decide and determine how much more we’ll be seeing of Katy here at on 205th.

Remember that this isn’t a Wouldja?, we all would of course, just to get a handful of those bijabas, but is she really hot? Or not?
