Now I am not saying that Katy Perry wouldn’t be nearly as famous as she is if she didn’t possess one of the best racks known to man, but… wait… actually that’s exactly what I am saying. Which is why it makes perfect sense for Katy to appear in this month’s Rolling Stone in a bikini top and sporting a hand bra. That’s marketing at it’s finest right there, people.
