Each week in my T.W.I.C.G. articles I update you on the status of Lindsay Lohan’s ongoing legal shenanigans and how she manages to miss court date after court date while partying in Cannes among other things. Today Lilo finally made it into court (10 minutes late, natch). Turns out it was well worth the wait. And yes, that is what she wore to court. Not enough cleavage, I say. Then again, I always say that.

Let’s go through the laundry list of things Lindsay now has to do to stay out jail, according to Judge Marsha Revel: 1) Lilo has to start wearing a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet within 24 hours of the hearing, 2) She has to submit to weekly random drug testing, in Los Angeles, eliminating her chances of being in the movie Lovelace, which is being filmed in Texas, 3) Lindsay then has to appear at a formal probation violation hearing on July 6 to see if she violated her probation (Hint: she did).

If the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation by not attending her alcohol ed program as required she could be jailed for up to 180 days. That’s the alcohol ed program that her lawyer said she missed last week because her uncle died. Problem with that whiz-bang logic is that when asked by the judge if Lindsay went to her deceased uncle’s funeral, Lindsay’s legal eagle responded with, “Um… she did not.”

I hope Lindsay gets a really nice cellmate.
