Last year I put Lucy Hale on my 66 most underrated women list and for some reason no one out there did much to remedy that until this month when Cosmo magazine finally wised up and did a cute/sexy photo shoot of her. First of all, bravo, Cosmo, and second of all, I guess we know who’s going to go back on to the 2011 version of that list. Apparently being cast on a show on the ABC Family channel isn’t quite the attention-getter I had hoped it’d be for her. Go figure.
