Meghan McCain is too top-heavy for conservatives

There’s a TWITRAGE over blogger/political daughter Meghan McCain’s relatively pedestrian photo posted on Twitpic. The problem? Poor Meggers is perhaps a bit too busty for her conservative-leaning followers who responded by calling her a “slut.”

Meghan’s replies:

so I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing but apparently anything other than a pantsuit I am a slut, this is…why I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment

when I am alone in my apartment, I wear tank tops and sweat pants, I had no idea this makes me a “slut”, I can’t even tell you how hurt I am

ok I am getting the f off twitter, promise not to delete my account until I sleep on it, thank you for the nice words supporters

I do want to apologize to anyone that was offended by my twitpic, I have clearly made a huge mistake and am sorry 2 those that are offended.

That’s just terrible. This poor girl is nice enough to let you vultures into her life and you shame her about the fact that she’s dressed comfortably in her home. No matter what your political leanings may be, I think we can all agree that Ms. McCain deserves to be treated with respect and not dismissed as some harlot just because she’s busty and allowing you to see her. And to do this during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month? Shameful. A total disservice to our Buoyant Americans.

That said, I want to personally reach out to Ms. McCain and tell her that I respect her greatly and support her immensely as the vultures swarm. I intend on showing this respect by checking her out with my eyes bugged out like a cartoon wolf then making motorboating sounds. It doesn’t mean I don’t respect your intelligence and opinions, it just means that I’d like a nicer view while doing so.
