So y’all think Monica is the sexier of the two Cruz sisters, huh? Picking Monica Cruz over Penelope Cruz is like choosing a Rolls Royce over a Bentley, you really can’t go wrong. That being said, even Penelope thinks that it’s hard to tell the two apart.
