Jennifer Lawrence is someone to keep an eye on

According to my new best e-mail friend on the Internets, Jennifer Lawrence plays a 17 year-old girl named Ree Dolly in a movie called Winter Bone (no, that’s not a euphemism, though it should be after seeing these photos and video). I guess it’s a good flick since it won an award called the Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic and the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at the Cannes Film Festival. If it’s even half as good as the video Jennifer shot for Esquire (below) it has to be great.
