Now how can I look like I am exercising without actually doing anything?

Don’t get me wrong, I love Sofia Vergara and I especially love Sofia Vergara in Spandex pants, but what the hell kind of exercise is this? I know that in order for Sofia to look as hot as she does she has to have some great genes but c’mon, if you’re going to pretend to exercise at least give us something a little better than this.
