That’s it… Monica Cruz is hotter than Penelope

Yeah, I said it. Monica Cruz has officially become hotter than her sister Penelope. Although it’s like deciding between a Ferrari and a Lamborghini, I still would go with Monica after seeing these pics of her in Elle. She’s three years younger to boot and time stands still for no woman. For me it does, but I am special. So says my mom.
