I’ll admit to not knowing much about Katharine McPhee. But really, after seeing this picture of McPhee’s cleavage, I’m not sure there’s anything else I need to know.

While Jasmine made it all the way to the end finishing in 3rd place, she’s often overshadowed by two other Season 3 celebrities. Jennifer Hudson and yes, William Hung. He definitely “stung like a bee”.

One of the more recent contestants on the list, Syesha is only here because she looks great in a bikini. And yes, its an important criteria.

Kellie Pickler
Season 5-6th place

Kellie Pickler is one of those down home country girls that’s easy to love. Forgive her though, her appearance on “Are you smarter on a fifth grader” where she thought Europe was a country remains one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard

Amazingly it was 8 years ago that Season 1 aired. In that time, winner Kelly Clarkson has gone from young, petite girl to one cheeseburger away from floating above Colorado with balloon boy.

Jennifer Hudson
Season 3-7th place

Next to Carrie Underwood, probably the most famous of American Idol contestants. Known more for her acting these days, its amazing to think that she was only good enough to finish 7th.

Kimberly Caldwell
Season 2-7th place

Season 2 is often remembered for the battle between Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard. But if memory serves me right, some contestant also accused Paula Abdul of sleeping with him that season. It was also the last time Abdul was seen sober in public. Go figure.

Kristy Lee Cook
Season 7-7th place

Probably one of the sadder stories on Idol as Kristy sold her horse to fund her audition and travel expenses. At the end of the show she revealed that the buyer was unwilling to sell it back to her. No, that ahole was not Simon Cowell, I checked.

Lindsey Cardinale
Season 4-12th place

Though she was the first finalist eliminated, Lindsey ended up becoming good friends with winner Carrie Underwood. I think it was that whole, “we’re both Southern and we’re both smokin hot” thing.
