January Jones and Christina Hendricks get all the attention from being on Mad Men (rightly so), but let's not forget 26 year-old Alison. In case you're not a Mad Men fan and missed the years she appeared on the show, you can now see Alison play 'Annie Edison' on the television show Community. One way or another expect Alison's rank of #99 on Maxim.com to go nowhere but up.

Despite appearing in 153 episodes of the show Gilmore Girls, 28 year-old former fashion model Alexis still flies under the radar when it comes time for men to select their choices for sexiest women in the world. I'm guessing that's a result of the voters not spending much time watching that TV show (myself included).

What can I say? I am a sucker for sexy redheads. Unfortunately for me and other fans of this 34 year-old Australian she hasn't really been seen or heard from much since she had a child in 2007. Maybe her upcoming role in the movie Kiss and Tell (due out in 2011) will get her back to the status she had right after Wedding Crashers.

21 year-old Brit Lily Collins loses out in the sexiest women polls mostly due to the fact that she appears on a kiddie show since she is a television host on Nickelodeon. Here's a fact that might wake the world up to her: She is the daughter of musician Phil Collins and I know how much you guys love sexy kids of celebrities. Perhaps her upcoming role as a warrior priest's niece in the upcoming flick Priest will be enough to get on her on the "charts" we like to peruse.

Since I noticed how much men seem to like child actors who grew up and turned out to be sexy I find it odd that 30 year-old Christina isn't given more love. Maybe she's too old for you now? All I know is that she has a rockin' body and isn't afraid to show it. Two major points in her favor in my book.

22 year-old Lara Bingle is an Australian model that if things continue to go the way they are will soon be on well-known the world over. Bingle has been a regular on major magazine covers down under for a few years now and has all the "skills" necessary for her to make the move to a larger stage.

This 90210 product also takes the high road (for the most part) and who, if she plays her cards right, could have a long, successful career in Hollywood based on her cuteness (and sexiness) factor alone.

When her role as Meadow Soprano came to an end so did the high opinion many men had of 29 year-old Jamie-Lynn. She did recapture our attention in her brief stint on Entourage, but that was short-lived and she receded into our memory banks again. All of this is really too bad, because JLS deserves better.

Have you ever heard of the singing group The Saturdays? If you haven't let me introduce you to the 23 year-old member of the group that once worked as a model. Frankie Sandford is another member of the group that you really need to get to know, but judging by her #4 ranking on FHM.com's list, there's a good chance you already know who she is.

I don't know what happened to make 30 year-old Rachael drop off so many men's radar, but it sure wasn't the fact that she isn't attractive anymore. She hasn't had many good roles on the big screen in recent years which would explain some of that, but with three movies set to come out in 2010 I expect a lot of men to suddenly remember what they've been missing.

25 year-old Jillian is another Disney product currently appearing on the show Sonny With a Chance, which explains the lack of attention she has received from the men of the world. That could all change real soon though as she played the lead in the just released Wild Things: Foursome. Quite a departure from The Disney Channel to say the least.

I suppose for someone that finished in sixth place on American Idol, Kellie is doing pretty well for herself; except when it comes to getting the recognition for being a little hottie by the men of the world. Obviously record companies know she's got sex appeal or they wouldn't have signed up the sixth place finisher on American Idol. If you still don't agree with my assessment, then go have a look at this.

20 year-old Lucy hasn't been in any blockbusters, but she is currently appearing in a new show called Pretty Little Liars which began this month on ABC Family. Not exactly a high-profile gig, but at least it's a step closer to getting her the attention she deserves.

Take Adrianne Palicki's summary and repeat it here as 20 year-old Aimee is another one of the bright lights from Friday Night Lights that you should be paying more attention to than you do. The fact that Old Navy and Tommy Hilfiger have had her pose for advertising campaigns only serves to reinforce my opinion of this beautiful young blond.

25 year-old Laura Vandervoort is a victim of being cast in some real crap movies. That's about the only thing I can see holding her back. If we're lucky playing Lisa on the ABC series V this year will get her more than just a single #53 ranking on Maxim.com.

Complex magazine called her "one of the original model-turned-actresses" and yet here we are today and this super sexy 31 year-old did not get even a sniff on any of the Hot lists. It's certainly not for a lack of work that she isn't getting the recognition she deserves as she's set to appear in 10 different films between 2009 and 2010 including the upcoming Sin City 2.

I thought that after 34 year-old Paz appeared in Spanglish opposite Adam Sandler and was just about the hottest thing I'd seen on two legs she'd become more of a mainstream draw. Sadly that didn't happen (as evidenced by her only appearing on one Hot List this year (#20 Askmen.com), which is a tremendous oversight on our part.

31 year-old Emma is probably best known for being the wife of action star Bruce Willis (yes, he is indeed one lucky man), but she really should be known for being one of the sexiest models on the planet. The fact that she hasn't been on Maxim's Hot 100 List since 2005 is a crime against humanity.

Okay, I have been beating this drum ever since 38 year-old Carla appeared on Spin City back in the day. Anyone that saw her in Sin City (or Spin City) knows what I am talking about here. Unfortunately time is starting to run out for me, and her. It's too bad Carla has never really gotten a good lead role in any flicks other than kid movies. Sigh...

My guess is that not many of you watched One Tree Hill and that means you are less than familiar with this 31 year-old former model and gymnast. Yes, I said gymnast. In 2011, Danneel will appear in the movie The Roommate with Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester, where you will get another chance to see just how hot this lady really is.

I'm not sure how a hot 33 year-old who has had recurring roles on two of the most popular TV shows in America (CSI: New York and Two and a Half Men) didn't scratch her way on to one of the Hot lists, but that's what I am here to correct. Perhaps her role as an FBI agent on the new Fox series Human Target will finally be what it takes to put this beautiful Canadian on your radar where she belongs.

I blame this one on her being relatively new to the scene and the fact that "the scene" I am referring to is country music. This 22 year-old Italian-born Georgian is going to make us men pay attention to country music again the way we did when Shania Twain entered the scene rocking her Latex pants and dropping some righteous cleavage all over the dern place... Jessie's #86 ranking on Maxim.com is just the beginning.

18 year-old Kaya is going to be an international star someday. She's already received a #13 ranking on FHM.com, but this former fashion model (yes, "former", at just the age of 18) turned actress will soon be getting the attention of men the world over. Bank on it.

It's hard to believe that a sexy, blonde, 27 year-old Australian on a very popular TV show could be underrated, but what else do you call a woman when the only ranking she received on the hot lists we're discussing here is a #77 ranking on Maxim.com? Let's hope her role in the upcoming movie The Killer Elite will show even more men just how sexy this native of Sydney really is.

This 30 year-old from Texas (a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader!) was ranked #90 on the Maxim.com list in 2005 and #66 in 2006, so why isn't she ranked on those lists anymore? She sure didn't get less sexy. Sarah is set to appear in four different movies in 2010 so perhaps once men get a little reminder of this hottie who comes from Iranian and Spanish descent they'll fix the injustice of not voting for her the last four years.

It's easy to see how 21 year-old Francia has been overlooked by the men of the world. She's been in jack squat for TV shows and movies. Bring It On: All or Nothing? Direct to DVD... The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream? Wha? If this Southern California beauty ever lands a decent role, look out fellas...

One would think that a hot 25 year-old with a recurring role on Entourage would be a guy favorite. Oh sure, Emmanuelle Chriqui is the queen of the show (and rightfully so), but Alexis deserves more of our attention. And if you need more reasons to notice her, check out the movie Broken Flowers in which Alexis appears fully nude. Got your attention now, don't I?

Much like Tori Praver, 24 year-old Jessica Gomes is rarely one of the names mentioned when the discussion turns to the most beautiful models in the world, which makes no sense to me. Jessica is an Australian model of Singaporean and Portuguese heritage... that right there should tell you something (great genes!). She's been in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue each of the last three years, AND appeared in bodypaint! This is truly a woman to remember.

Going body-to-body with Megan Fox is something most actresses wouldn't be up to, but this 25 year-old former Australian soap opera actress more than held her own in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Unfortunately, one of the few people who seemed to notice was PETAAsiaPacific.com who voted her one of Australia’s Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities for 2010.

21 year-old Nina is sexy. Really sexy. She is on a TV show revolving around vampires, The Vampire Diaries. And somehow she didn't make it on to even one of the three hot lists we've been discussing. That is so wrong.

What can I say here? I am in love with Elsa. This 33 year-old Spanish actress/model is just about the most perfectly put together woman I have ever seen. Luckily I have seen a lot of her since she is not averse to posing for photos sans clothing. Unfortunately her US film career appears to have peaked with her role in Snakes on a Plane. Such a waste.

I am not sure why 23 year-old Camilla doesn't get more respect when the discussion turns to hot celebs (only a #64 ranking on Maxim.com and no ranking elsewhere). Granted she hasn't been in a lot of big movies, but if she were cast in Megan Fox's role in Transformers I think men would be singing her praises as much as they do for Megan (perhaps also because Camilla can actually act). Hopefully at least one of the four movies she has coming out in 2010 and 2011 will wake up the men of the world to this young brunette's hidden hotness.
