In all seriousness, other than a couple of teams, why doesn’t MLB have cheerleaders? Football has them and there’s a lot less down time during those games than there is at an MLB game. There’d be plenty of spare time for them to gyrate and dance for our viewing pleasure between innings, pitching changes, double-switches, at-bats, etc. If Bud Selig really wants to cement his legacy, he’ll get on this pronto.
