So, yea, The Dark Knight Rises is premiering tonight you guys. Maybe you haven’t heard. If you’re in the New York area and are looking for tickets, well, good luck. A brief perusal of Craigslist suggests you’ll shell out a pretty penny.

How much exactly?

Well, the most expensive we’ve seen was $200 for an IMAX in the midtown area (that was last week). They’ve since gone down as more and more entrepreneurs try their hand in the black market. The range we’re seeing today is between $25-$100, which honestly, is quite reasonable.

I mean, your alternative is to go out and have a few drinks with friends. Although I don’t call New York home, I imagine the drink prices are rather steep.

So, tell us, what are you willing to pay to see The Dark Knight Rises tonight?
