‘LUV’ trailer: You’re never too young to kill

This looks like a pleasant surprise. Rapper Common produced and starred in this Baltimore-set crime movie that fans of The Wire will flock to in droves. Hell, they even cast Omar in it! The flick is about an 11 year old boy (played by newcomer Michael Rainey Jr, who is already winning raves for his performance) and the charismatic ex-con uncle he idolizes. When the pair run up against an untrustworthy gangster played by 24‘s Dennis Haysbert, things spiral rapidly out of control. LUV hits theaters on November 9th.
