Chris Spags I consider it one of my duties to not only bring you things that are entertaining and interesting but also things that may make you want to smash your monitor in half. Tonje Langeteig’s “I Don’t Want to Be a Crappy Housewife” will fall under the latter category but you HAVE TO WATCH IT. YOU HAVE TO.
I have a lot on my mind here so we’re just going to go in bulletpoint style:
-Is it wrong that I assume all Norwegian songs sound like this?
-The white rapper guy makes me feel like this has to be a parody. It has to.
-I’d still hit it. I don’t need to know anything else about Lady Langeteig…it’s a yes.
-I mean she’s a little beefy and her arms look a lot like an English teacher who used to be in great shape but gave up, but yeah, definitely.
-Does her desire to avoid being a crappy housewife also preclude her from being a great housewife?
-The “speaking” intro makes her sound deaf.
-Personally, I hope all women I date are just little pretty girls trapped inside grown up bodies. I just try not to say that out loud too often out of fear that the friendly neighborhood Chris Hansen might find out.
-I would like to make a viral video in which we pretend to film a fake Norwegian video like this, but do it out in a club with no permits. Then just film people’s reactions.
