Showtime

Conference tourney championships this weekend which lead into “Selection Sunday.” Elsewhere, History’s adaptation of ‘The Bible’ is simply marvelous. Here’s what you need to watch this weekend.

Friday

Spartacus @ 9pm, Starz: Their forces trapped on an impassable, snowbound ridge, Spartacus and Crixus clash over the method of escape.

Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson @ 12:37am, CBS: Alison Brie is on and Alison Brie does stuff like this.

Saturday

Big 12 Basketball Championship @ 6pm, ESPN: Can Kansas pull through and get that #1 seed they’ve been looking for?

Big East Basketball Championship @ 8:30pm, ESPN: Who’s it going to be? The Hoyas? The Orangemen? Your guess is as good as mine.

Sunday

Big Ten Basketball Championship @ 3:30pm, CBS: Can Michigan State make it two in a row?

The Bible @ 8pm, History: Religion aside, this is a wonderfully done documentary/adaptation.

Shameless @ 9m, Showtime: Former West Wing star Bradley Whitford makes a guest appearance.

The Client List @ 10pm, Lifetime: Yea, so what, I like shows where a hot chick gives handjobs. Sue me.
