The greatest television show evar

I have no idea what TV show this is or when it took place or why it is happening, but whatever show at one point had Venezuelan beauty queen (and WAG, of course) Aida Yespica dancing around topless in a thong while using a hand bra is immediately christened The Greatest Televsion Show Evar. Any arguments? Gavel bang!
