VIDEO: Texas FOX affiliate asks if TV is “too gay”

In this wonderful YouTube generation of ours, certain terrible segments that may have never seen the light of day (looking at you, KTLA Shake Weight segment) are available for the world to see. Like this one from Houston’s FOX affiliate asking if TV is “too gay”?

The idea of “Glee” being labeled as “gay propaganda” by Bryan Fischer, head of the American Family Association, is kind of funny to me. It’s not like there’s some straight guy out there who turns on “Glee”, goes “OH MY GOD LOOK AT THOSE FLAMBOYANT JAZZ HANDS” and then ends up not having sex with a woman, preventing the creation of a new Jesus.

The analogy the anchor Damali Keith makes about it being similar to product placement is also hilarious. Yes, this is just like there being a soda in a movie and, as a result, “everyone in the theatre is thirsty.” Only, in this case, the soda is a glass of lukewarm ball drainage. Very glamorous, indeed!
