What TV shows we should watch tonight
The Thursday night lineup is formidable in the fall, especially with the NFL Network game. Keep your eye on Last Resort which is supposed to be ABC’s big hitter this year. Elsewhere, Rock Center takes a look at the disturbing sexual assault of female soldiers. Here’s what you need to watch tonight.
Last Resort @ 8pm, ABC: If there’s a new show to watch this season, it’s this. Last Resort appears to be the real deal with a plot we’ve yet to see before.
Browns-Ravens @ 8pm, NFL: Last week’s game was a real stinker. This one’s shaping up to be as well. But hey, the refs are back you guys!
Stanford-Washington @ 9pm, ESPN: Can the Huskies steal one from a top ten team? No, the answer is no.
The Big Bang Theory @ 8pm, CBS: I don’t know how but this show has lasted five seasons. Perhaps it’s the genius of Jim Parsons or the flightiness of Kaley Cuoco that brings viewers in. Who knows.
Louie @ 10pm, FX: Louie wins Emmys so you should watch his show.
Rock Center with Brian Williams @ 10pm, NBC: Very disturbing story of the sexual assault of multiple female soldiers in the U.S. military.
Late Show with David Letterman @ 11:30pm, CBS: So Jimmy Fallon’s going to be on tonight. How many awkward Jay Leno jokes will there be?
Parks & Recreation @ 9:30pm, NBC: Um, obviously.
