Chris Spags Criminals are usually beacons of class and dignity, so I was stunned to see this mugshot photo on Buzzfeed. Meet the classiest tattoo in a mugshot you’ll ever see.
It’s not entirely clear what ladies love. A man stupid enough to get a tattoo on his upper lip or rides on the aforementioned upper lip or, perhaps the overall refined gentleman look he has going. Because when you see a Mexican gentleman in a plaid print shirt and a lip tattoo, you know two things A) He’s going to treat you really well with the utmost respect for women and B) He’s going to drive you places in a car that is capable of bouncing up and down like it’s having a seizure. Both are crucial keys to any relationship.
