When pulled over by the cops for driving recklessly, it’s a bad idea to appear high as balls, talking about your “swag” and asking, “What is drugs?” Now you know that.

I don’t know about you guys but, while I don’t enjoy this guy’s potential for murdering all those around him with his recklessness, I do love how messed up he is in such large scale comedic fashion. Guy needs to be doing drugs for my amusement on a regular basis more. Preferably not, like, on Top Gear though. But somewhere. (thanks for the tip, Comedy Wizard)
