You may see this video and want to be mean to the young lady singing her version of Paramore’s song “Brick by Boring Brick” (thanks to HUGE Paramore fan GM for the correction) but I am, for once, attempting to take the high road. So let’s enjoy the soulful stylings of this beautiful young woman named Katie.

I seriously don’t know what to say. I’m just so..moved. That performance really tugged on my heart strings. Also my vomit strings. I mean, uh, vomiting at all the beauty. So much sweetness in this girl. Diabetes, probably. AND A BEAUTIFUL SOUL.

Seriously though, she’s what Chucky would look like if he really let himself go. But she has like 250,000 views on YouTube right now, so, hey, more than my sweet ass could get.

UPDATE: The girl’s old account was compromised somehow so the cover of Paramore’s song was removed. Fortunately, I found an equally good cover Katie did of Ke$ha’s hit “Tik Tok,” up there now. Enjoy!
